Many families choose WRCF as an alternative to setting up a private foundation. It's like having your own family foundation, but without all the expense and administrative burden. Families can then focus on the most fulfilling part... giving.

Getting started is easy. You can:

• Establish your own fund. Learn more about the different types of funds at wrcf.ca/types-of-funds.

• Donate immediately to an existing fund, including our Community Fund.

• Give later through your estate. You can set up everything now to ensure your wishes will be met when the gift is realized. Plus, you can update your wishes with us as many times as you’d like without paying the legal fees associated with updating your will.
