As President & Chief Executive Officer for The Kitchener and Waterloo Community Foundation, I have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the organization and have the pleasure of working with our donors and fund holders. John Bowden
Director, Financial Services

As Director, Financial Services I am responsible for the accounting, investment, administration, and privacy functions of the organization. Shannon Weber
Director, Community Investments

As Director, Community Investments for the Foundation, I oversee initiatives such as Waterloo Region's Vital Signs and the Engage! KW philanthropic leadership program. Bethan Llewellyn
       Director, Foundation Services

As Director, Foundation Services for The Foundation, I have the privilege of promoting The KWCF to our wonderful community. Whether it's writing media releases, publications, working with sponsors, updating the website or just shouting from the roof tops, I'm here to make sure YOU know all about the fantastic things The KWCF does every day. I also oversee Random Act of Kindness Day in Kitchener, Waterloo and area, and I coordinate the RAK movement across Canada.        Community Investments Coordinator

As Community Investments Coordinator for The Foundation, it is my responsibility to maintain efficient office administration and day-to-day operations of grants administration, donor engagement and strategic operations projects. Financial Services Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator

As Marketing Coordinator for The Foundation, I work alongside Bethan in spreading the word about The Foundation to our great community, and helping with special events and other marketing initiatives.
